Hello Kabayans,
 My name is Conrad Alfaro and I am a PESO member since 1980. I am
 currently working at SPX/Filtran in Des Plaines IL
 as a Design Engineering Manager. SPX/Filtran is a fortune 500 company
 and a World leader in Automotive Transmission Filtration.
 I have been interviewing for the last 4 weeks for various openings in
 my company with no success. These are my current openings

 - Design Engineer
 - Development Engineer
 - CAE expert
 - Engineering Admin
 I know for a fact that there are many pinoy engineers in Illinois but
 they are not lighting up when we do a search online. We use
 various head hunters to search for qualified candidates but we have
 not found the right candidate yet.
 SPX/Filtran salary range for the above openings is above the average
 range and the job is very challenging and rewarding. If you
 are looking for a pure engineering job, this is the place to be.
 Engineering opening requirements:
 - Degreed Engineer (BSME) with at least 3-5 years
 experience in designing injection molded plastic parts,
 Knowledge of automotive APQP & Project Gate standards,
 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, 2000 hours experience
 in ProE wildfire 2.0 or higher (solids and surfacing), ProE
 Mechanica(Finite element analysis)or similar FEA software (i.e. Cosmos,
 Algor, Abacus),Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and a team player.
 CAE opening requirements:
